Rishabh, Avtar & Dolly today morning walked in to my office at RIMT, they are dealing into soft skills training and preparing our students to be job ready. As Rishabh was not well and still made to college to keep his commitment and this topic of stress came up. We talked over it for few minutes one noted down the contribution from each one of them and this beautiful article on Top Ten Tips to live stress free life…. happened.
All stress seems to have its origin in lack of understanding, that leading to chaotic muddled up thinking process. Then there are so many triggers that can raise our stress levels.
The life that exists around us, stress is inevitable. Except the young babies, it seems whole mankind is under great stress. Too keep our sanity and balance to function effectively we do need to manage our stress. We jotted down the very effective techniques to manage our stress.
So here are the Top Ten Tips to live stress free life….
1. Deep Abdominal Breathing or Pranayama
2. Sit with Pen and Paper and Prioritize
3. Spend few minutes and be Organized
4. Avoid Multitasking and delegate the work which other associated people can do.
5. Listen to soft music in the background, watch some comedy, or be with people with good sense of humor.
6. Create ambiance of soft colors and natural surroundings in your abode and work area.
7. Do some exercise, Yoga or play some kind of sport.
8.Spend some time in your hobby or things you love to do, it refreshes you.
9. Do Meditation (guided by some audio/ silent sitting/technique of imagined vacation)
10. Read some spiritual author and widen your horizons of understanding, as why people behave the way they behave. Reflect and audit your life in light of newer understanding.
To live a life almost complete free of stress, be with the people you love to be and do things which you love to do.
